Project Description:

Grace & Blessings is a non-profit organization that helps elderly people stay in their homes. We will provide a variety of services, including simple home help, simple repairs, internet connectivity, and provide help and instruction for Telehealth services. Our goal is to help elderly people live independently and safely in their own homes.

Project Goals:

• Provide simple home repairs and help for elderly people who cannot afford them. We will do things like changing lightbulbs and taking trash out to the road.
• Connect elderly people to the internet and give one on one instructions so they can stay connected with their families, friends, and community.
• Provide help and instruction for telehealth services to elderly people who do not have easy access to traditional healthcare.

Project Impact:

Our project will have a significant impact on the lives of elderly people in our community. By providing home repairs, we can help elderly people stay in their homes and avoid the need for costly nursing home care. By connecting elderly people to the internet, we can help them stay connected with their families and friends and access important resources. By  providing assistance for Telehealth services, we can help elderly people receive the healthcare they need without having to leave their homes.

Project Funding:

This funding will be used to cover the costs of simple home help and repairs,  internet connectivity, tablets, hotspots, and helping to set up Telehealth services.

Project Timeline:

The project will be implemented over a period of two years. During the first year, we will focus on providing help for home repairs and internet connectivity. During the second year, we will focus on expanding our Telehealth services.

Project Evaluation:

The success of the project will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

• The number of elderly people who receive home help and repairs.
• The number of elderly people who are connected to the internet.
• The number of elderly people who use Telehealth services.

Other Funding Sources and Sustainability:

In addition to the grant funding, we will also seek donations from individuals and businesses. We believe that our project is sustainable because it will provide a valuable service to the elderly community.
